New Rebel Flag

I thought rebels should have torn off flags. After all, they are not regulars, so here it is:

If I understood it correctly 24bit flags are not hidden by FoW?

So if I used that rebel flag I would be able to see all rebels whether I have view of the province or not?

Only if they take a province, which you should be able to discern with 8 bit if you look closely enough. At any rate with a whole slew of 24 bit-ters one wont be able to notice the difference

You would see them any way. It is just that 24-bit flags are a bit too shiny an bright compare to normal ones.

Ah, ok. I always thought it was the armies flags that became visible.

If it just is the city flag then (just as you say) they are always visible.
