It's in the upper part of the screenie, but I had to DL it and zoom in to be able to read it: January 27, 1187.
What I'm wondering about is that Gunies Regiment sub-unit. The number of men doesn't correspond to any of the unit type numbers, so what could it be?
1. Mercenaries
2. A unit under the command of a sub-general (like a vassal noble or prince, though the picture looks exactly like the King himself... )
3. Marines on the fleet
4. Something else entirely

The date might be grey because the game's paused - either way, I'd appreciate a colour change there and perhaps for all the information in that bar to be scaled up somewhat.

The screenie looks kinda strange...that yellow "thingie" is bigger than the ship itself...
Is it me or do the persons on the portrait age as the character gets older?! nice touch if it is! And the coat of arms look soooo cool!

I don't know what a "weld" is, but if you mean the yellow arrow that goes from the ships to England, that is an indicator on where the ships are heading, and how far they've reached.

No I just ment that he looked older (grey hair) than the previus posted (in their prime). So I don't know if they age over time, but it would be very cool if they did.
