New Shields / Frames?

I'm remembering a thread (which I can't find) where someone was showing off some new shield frames which included some really compelling frames for eastern nations and even the americas!

I can't find this thread now and wanted to at least tag it so I could check in on it from time to time.

Hmm. That sounds familiar, but browsing the topic doesn't reveal the items I'm thinking of.

Maybe it *was* for EU3, and I'm just having flashbacks... - I do recall that the Native American shield frame sample had some sort of feathers or pelts on the edges.

Thank you very much. Those were exactly the thing. -- And it was for EU3 after all. It's a shame that it won't run on my laptop due to the 3D-ness of it. That just leaves more EU2 and CK for me, then.
