I just recently got DV and I noticed one thing that seems off and another that's a problem:
1.) Why is it that in some games I can arrange marriages for my whole court and in other games only for myself?
2.) After a long war, my country is in debt that will take 4 years to pay off. Is this normal? I was Castille fighting Leon, btw. And I have no idea how I got into that war, only that I totally pwned and now have an empire stretching from Galicia to Asturias and then southeast to the coast . And that crapload of debt.

You can only arrange marriages for people who have the same dynastie-name as your ruler and are in your court and are unmarried and are older then 16.

In the first century of the game it is normal to be in debt after a war, it is nothing to worry about.

Health and fertility are partly inherited, you can only see them in the save-game file.
