Question for the developers of the game or any modder who happens to know the answer:

I asked ages ago the same question in the EU2 forum, got a negative answer. But does a trigger that activates after x years after a conquest of a province been added to FtG? Hope I made myself clear, my modding abilities aren't that good.

To my knowledge there's no such mechanism. But adding this later is possible. It depends on devs time and effort needed to make it work.

Nothing to add to szmik's answer. It could be useful in some situations but it would require storing the date of the last ownership change of a province first.

I believe you should think about implementing it. It would solve the issue of dynamic cores, allowing modders to implement it without changing the game code/engine.

Just to add something. If you decide to go trough with the implementation of this new trigger, be sure to differentiate between different types of cores. This is a great innovation for the game that isn't being explored to its full potential, in my opinion. Also, it would allow to create a gradual system like proposed by WeissRaben here.
