Newbie in MP french player looking for a game to join

I would like to join a new or in progress game , but not as a main actor. I just want to take some smallest country to train myself on MP.

At most I could take Russia, but would really like a smaller country. Got ADSL connection and am used to play EU2.

Also will like game without "exploit" ( Turbo annexing, Bankrupt loop, Multibuilding of Manufactory ).
