I understand every mod has a different role and purpose so I have several questions that are both probably dumb and already answered.

1) Can multiple mods work at the same time?

2) If someone is just looking for expanded content to the game (ambitions, titles, etc) as well as events is there a perfect mix of mods for that? Assuming of course I don't particularly want to see anything too crazy happen like HRE currently playing in Iberia as they are in my current game.

3) Are there events designed in the Vanilla game to trigger a resurgence of France? I started a game from the 1180's start time and by the 1200s England has all but crushed France and while I'm all down for things changing I just can't imagine a Europe without a somewhat stable French presence.

1) I believe so, but have not tried it
2) Probably not. You will have to mix and match according to your own tastes. You may get lucky though.
3) The de Jure Kingdom system makes so that France is all but impossible to destroy. Eventually the person holding both the English and French crowns is going to die, and there will be pretenders willing to support a sovereign Kingdom of France. The quickest way to see this to fruition would be for you to declare war on England supporting someone's claim to the French crown. Once you win... independent France. In short, France is always there... just ruled by an English king for now (who very well may be Frankish or Norman). Even quicker, would be to simply have that King change his major title to Kingdom of France rather than Kingdom of England, and now that part of the world is now all 'France' rather than 'England'.
