next province shortcut broken

Beforehand when I had a province window opened up, and i used (,) or (.) it would go to the next/prev province appropriately

Now regardless of when I have a province window or no windows open, it only takes me to the ledger or find characters screen.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Did you check in Bug reports to see if this is a known bug introduced in some recent patch?

It hasn't worked since 2.8 came out. It's a small feature but such an important QoL item that I haven't been able to enjoy the new expansion. Was really hoping it would be fixed by now.
