I just lost the game when my three planets rebelled in year 2217. The ten year long nexus storm arriving suddenly over my empire year 2211 caused near max devastation (I lost before max), meaning no housing, no resources, and rebellion, which I hadn't the resources to prevent.

Not a stormbased empire, and storm settings early game were not touched. No neighbours either that could have caused it. From the dev diaries I got the impression nexus storms was something special, not something to throw in randomly at year 2211.

Setting storm chance to 0 early game from now on. And I had just gotten one of the new precursors after plenty restarts :/

Reactions:
Feels like that should be logged as a bug. That surely can't be intended. It's kind of hilarious that the main selling point of the DLC needs to be turned off.
Funny, not funny.
