NG+, no mushrooms in shops

So, after this last update, I got the quest to craft 2 Miracle Concoctions. I did notice another thread related to this, but no magic mushrooms are available in any towns, and as already mentioned, the recipe isn't even showing up in the craft interface.

This update (2.5b85/86) appears to have borked them + related recipes.

I'm also stuck on this. I actually have some extra mushrooms, but it wont let me craft with them. What gives? This is a big bug!
