No action possible in diplomatic quest

I can't click on either of the options, nor can I Cancel this Diplomatic choice. I could only exit the game through ALT+F4. This is the only diplomacy action/quest where it happened so far. (Sorry if this was mentioned already, I didn't look through the previous bug threads).

I have also this problem, but only when I click the first option. When I click the second one the quest can be finished.

Ha! I was just going to see if there was a solution to this problem. It also happens to me every time.

Can you not click/select one of the two bottom options (on the left panel)?

Yes, obviously

I have to take back that you can't select the second option, though. You can - just not after you select the first option.
Well, it isn't really a serious bug since this effect is rather minor anyway.

I know the interface isnt complete smooth... sometimes I have to fiddle about w/ where I move the mouse cursor to get an option select... thats what I was suggesting....

Thanks for reporting, we also found the bug in-house and it is already fixed.

You will get it with the coming patch - it arrives most likely tonight.

Do we ever have to be afraid that a patch might break savegames btw?
