I’ve tried everything from reinstalling the game, verifying files, updates audio updates, to uninstalling and reinstalling audio/sound drives nothing works. What’s even weirder is there’s like a 5% chance sometimes I get audio but the other 95%.
 
Almost certainly a realtek driver issue.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
 
As you are running this issue in another thread and in a Zendesk ticket, I'll close this one.
