"No available spouse" but married, spouse is regent, is not incapable, is in court, and is not landed

"No available spouse" but married, spouse is regent, is not incapable, is in court, and is not landed

Description​

Suddenly I see the "no spouse available" warning in council screen. I have looked at (I think) all possible explanations for this: The queen (spouse) is also the regent, she is at my court in Rome (or at least that is what it says in character screen), she is not incapable or infirm or anything like that, she is not landed, or traveling, or in activities. So I cannot find any possible reason other than a bug to explain this. I add a screenshot so you can see that everything seem to be fine except that she is no longer on the "spouse" role. It is a save that I have played now for 150 years, never found this issue until now. I have tried exiting the game and reloading again but the issue persists. No mods of any kind. Thank you for any help or suggestion, in case I am missing something.

Steps to reproduce​

Play as usual, randomly you get the "no spouse available". I cannot find anything in particular to reproduce this.

I could be wrong but as you are out travelling and your wife is your regent, is that what's causing her to disappear from the council?
