I think he's referring to the fact that they don't have a beta to show in New Yorlk. Not that there will not be any beta at all.

Anyway, all Paradox games have had a beta period before being released. CK won't be any different.
Take a deep breath, and consider this: What if there is no beta? Would you have made the team if there was one?
