No colonists

This is probably not a bug.

But missions requiring colonists can't start.
Including botanists, or engineers Aswell as just "colonists"

Says "not enough colonists" but there are.
Additionally the rocket is within range of two domes with more than enough colonists

What is this?

As you say, this is not a known bug - we'd know by now if it was!

Best to attach the affected save game file here so it can be looked into, thanks.

Ok.

It's also repeatable btw.
In a brand new game after deleting the previously affected.

I assumed the save was corrupt.
Btw where are updates got

Updates are applied by Steam , Epic or the MS store automatically. If you have the GoG edition you need to get them from there.
