Played through the game twice with a friend, on normal and bananas.
Noticed I didn't get the steam achievement on normal.. no big deal, it'll probably unlock when we beat bananas. However, upon completion on bananas, credit was not awarded for normal, hard, or bananas.
I realized looking through the menus something I hadn't noticed due to my friend hosting the games--The check marks on each chapter per difficulty showing that they've been cleared. The only chapter missing credit was the final chapter, which I then completed on bananas as host(alone, as nobody ever joined the game). Afterwards, still no steam achievements and still no in-game recognition of chapter clearance by way of a check mark. However, after the first bananas completion, I did receive unlocks (like the Lazer Dance skin) so some part of the game sees it as complete.
