Hello there! Thank you for your report! If possible, could we ask you for some information and game files:
* Your PC specifications, especially your graphics card.
* Your pdx_settings.txt file, which can be found in [...]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusaders Kings III
* Your error.log file, which should be present in [...]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusaders Kings III\logs
 
Hello again! My bad, should take this on account, thank you so much GamerTop76 for assistance! I'll lock the thread then, if anything similar happens again and this time it won't be fixed by changing settings, then please make new report!
