No 'Find Spouse' option for certain characters AFTER their betrothed dies when promised a Grand Wedding

No 'Find Spouse' option for certain characters AFTER their betrothed dies when promised a Grand Wedding

Description​

This has happened in two seperate saves within the first 3 generations of playing. Once to an Aunt, and once to my played character. (I am unsure if the circumstances are the same for the aunt)

For my main character however; at the age of 10 I betrothed my character to my younger cousin with the promise of a grand wedding. My cousin was later drowned, I assume whilst travelling. There was no event notifying me of her death as sometimes happens when a grand wedding is cancelled. Now when I right click on my character there is no 'Find Spouse' option; furthermore I do not appear in the 'Arrange Marriage' options.

Steps to reproduce​

Arrange marriage with someone, select grand wedding, they die whilst travelling.
