(No Khans of the Steppe) Pre-Update Vassals Not Paying Taxes

Description​

I returned to a save I had had running for about 450 in-game years in order to use the update's new features to bring the Byzantine Empire under tribute (which has gone off successfully) and grant the Sultanate of Sicily, which is of my dynasty, independence. However, I stopped playing when I found out that only one of my vassals continued to pay me taxes, despite having numerous vassals and being at my vassal limit of over 100.

As a Clan, I wondered if this was an issue with the Clan system, but all of my tax jurisdictions are administered by Excellent tax collectors. Additionally, none of my Feudal or Republic vassals are paying me taxes, either.

Curiously, the two vassals that continue to pay me taxes, the Emir of Minsk and the Emir of Bihar, have had recent successions that occurred past the update, but bloodthirsty jokes aside, I would prefer to have my pre-update vassals continue to pay their taxes to me.

I looked into Emir Yahya's start in 1066, and his vassals pay him tax via his tax collector as expected.

Steps to reproduce​

I updated my pre-existing Clan game in Slavia from 1.15 to 1.16.0.

Major updates always break saves.
If you have an eligible save, revert to 1.15, or start a new game with 1.16.
