Quoted from my AAR:
- Mexico demoblizes. The army then decides to increase the mobilization pool by another four divisions. The order is sent, but nothing seems to happen: the number of divisions displays doesn't change, or does the "increase mobilization" button grey out. The order is repeated again and again, but nothing changes. So our mobilization staff officers leave, come back, and find that the nation can now mobilize 64 divisions! We have found a way to rapidly increase mobilization pools!
-------
Have lots of canned goods and small arms in stock and your reserves mobilized. Demobilize. Immediately, and without closing the window, click on "increase mobilization". Then click on it lots more. Then close the militeary window, reopen it, and see lots of reserves.
