No mobilization.

Hi all,

allied Ecuador does not mobilize at the outbreak of WW II. Not in the first two weeks anyway.

How can I fire mobilization manually?

And my usable IC increased to 16 on a 15 IC base, isn´t it a bit too little?

BTW, I suspect that other minors might lack mobilization events too.

Ecuador don't have mobilize events, but you can launch the event 349030
