Duplicate No Mouse Cursor in Game

No Mouse Cursor in Game

Description​

I am unable to play the game. I am unable to click on anything after the launcher.
If I exit back into Windows I can see the cursor but once I click back to get into the game it disappears.

I deleted both the Steam/SteamApps/common/CK3 AND Documents/Paradox Interactive/CK3 folders.
I uninstalled it and re-installed the game in Steam, and ran Steam Verify when done.

I don't use custom cursor software or settings.
It stopped working with the latest update and the game worked fine on version 1.8.2

Steps to reproduce​

Just load the game and wait to be on the main screen
