Tbf Johan said in the last dev diary that they will "think of something" to fill the missing weeks after many community members made suggestions and we saw nothing so far. I guess that promise was forgotten

And kids receive their presents on the Dia de los reyes, 6th January, not Christmas. So yep, it's the high point of holiday time right now in Spain.

I mean, Paradox is the embodiment of the player-AI alliance dynamics, where of course we are the AI. All they do is keep a diplomat on us currying favours (fixing bugs, some egregious, some not), call us to arms every now and then (new DLC/Immersion Pack), and they always make sure to tell us to prepare for war (DD cycles before the new release). Then we fight the war for them, they reap the benefits, and if we complain at the end that due to our participation we will suffer a trust hit, sometimes they throw us a bone, or check before peacing out that the trust doesn't go below the threshold where we'd brake the alliance. Sometimes they go overboard and a coalition forms, and some people get tired of being allied, they break the relationship only to get gobbled up by another tag, and Paradox sets its sights on a bunch of new people to use for its own goals.

Another Tuesday and still no dev diary, this is now quite extreme, over a month and not a single word from the Devs ...

Well, they said it would take a few months before we'd hear something from them again.
I'm still wishing on something, anything, from the devs though. It's been 9 weeks of radio silence now. Big contrast to the huge amount of dev interactivity we had just before.

Not communicating throughout an announced pause in communications and taking christmas off. Quite extreme. Maybe fascism.

They train us. Its like a diet. Combat Attrition. Each week that passes we will loose more kilos (trust / interest).
