Playing as Germany, time is June 1942. Bitter Peace towards SU is done...
British Isles, half of India and 3/4 of Africa is captured..
but Japanese didn't attack the US...
Did the Pearl Harbout Attack must happen in the game? or Japan will neglect this and stay in Asia only?

It's random. There is a chance Japan dow allies.

Anyway, if past 1943 he still haven't dow the allies, he wont do that.

Pepsi is right, by 43, there is no hope for a Pacific War unless you start it!!! Get BP, build a fleet, then destroy the rump SU, which will give you great position to take Japan's holdings in Asia.

Oh... That's I'm planning if there is no war in Pacific...
Just redeploy troops to kick the rest of SU... and massively build the fleet...

The key question to answer is - what happened to China? That will shape your strategy. Also, remember that Japan is VERY susceptible to convoy raiding, especially if they either don't have, or you take out, their mainland puppets. If you own Vladivostok, you can base fighters out of there that can cover the west coast of Japan protecting subs from aerial marauders, and giving your AF a chance to blow the IJN to pieces. Then once Korea falls, Busan is another great base to have.

I normally base stuff out of Taiwan and invade Japan directly. INvading Japan is really only hard if you are someone like Communist China or Romania which have awful naval tech teams.

Last game I played as Japan I actually invaded the USSR before I took on everyone else. If Germany falls you are in alot of trouble vs all the Allies.

You shouldn't need every last swinging division in rump SU or China. If I were you I'd keep at least some forces, a mix of GAR and MIL on the beaches. In 1942, Japan's land doctrines are absolutely no match for Germany's doctrine. This means that your mobile corps, especially at full org, will be very effective. You will fight a bunch of infantry and militia, but the best mobile forces you will see is CAV. If you stock up on anything for this offensive, bring your MOT, MECH, ARM, and MTN. Use enough of your own INF to breach lines, but they won't keep up, except in Burma and Indochina, so make sure you're stocked there. MAR and MTN are also useful in the Indochina campaign.
