It seems that the no population limit patch for EU2 link is dead and I tried to find it on google on some other sites without success ..
and i've downloaded hex workshop but it seemed too complicate for me and i am afraid to screw up the game
I would be grateful if someone could tell me where i could find teh patch and send it to me in my email
