The Power sharing button only appears, if your Character is in an active Diarchy.

You can test it with an custom Child Ruler and you will see the Button, but if your Character is an Adult and has dissolved the Diarchy, the Button goes hiding and I think, this is intended, because it is not needed.

But if you want to see, the Diarchy tab, you can simply click on your Realm Tab and then on the designated Diarch.

I will change the bug then to say that you cannot activate a Diarchy in this state.

If I follow your instructions, I have no option to appoint my current Regent-Presumptive as a Vizier.

If I appoint someone new, I still cannot enter any type of power sharing with them.

And even if they are my regent, when I travel do not share power with them.

I would be curious if you cannot reproduce the same issues following my reproduction steps.

Appointing a Vizier is an Self-Interaction, you simply has to click on your Character and it will be there, but you must be an Duke or above and have the Clan Government.

And travelling within your Realm, never cause a Diarchy for your Character, at least no Diarchy of the Regency Type

I understand now (I think), but I am still seeing strange behavior.

When you do not have any sort of power sharing, like in the reproduction steps above, you will still have the option to designate a regent. You can also duplicate this by ending a vizier. Doing this will assign someone else as a "regent" and start no Diarchy.

You will also be blocked from appointing anyone as a vizier with no explanation given (I am assuming it is the normal 5 year block after you have appointed a vizier).

This will disable the Appoint Vizier action on yourself and others with no explanation given. This will not lead to any type of Diarchy.

So I guess the bug is that the Designate Regent button should either be disabled for clan governments or it should be the appoint vizier window.
