Hello, After creating as a Buddhist I cannot be coronated because there are no priests available to do it. When my character died my heir could not be coronated either.

Have you tried inviting a "Holy Man" via the decision?
Normally some random temple vassal can do it, but I think you should still be able to do it if you have no vassal, but some other priest.

It's a bug. Religions where temple holders are not theocracy will have this problem.
