Why? Just, why?

Like, is there any reason at all?

I wanted to create a bronze-age themed custom game with a bunch of nomadic indo-European tribes migrating across the steppe and coming into conflict with the settled agricultural civilizations in the Balkans/Anatolia, but now I can't do it because there is no Siberian clan council government available to custom nations, hence there won't be any migration.

Native American councils are available for custom nations, but they can't exist if their capital is outside the new world.

Please put Siberian clan council government in the custom nations creator, I could be having so much fun right now!

This is a quick fix and the next update seems to be coming soon, so I will draw the attention of

Also, could there please be an option to turn off the free colonist in the custom game setting?

I assume it wouldn't take long to do and it'd make custom game scenarios more flexible is all.

fuck yeah! If you get around to making a mod out of that it'd be pretty awesome to try out
 
No reason we can't have it here. It won't be in time for the upcoming Japan patch, but we'll see about getting it in for the following release.
