No Stellaris Dev Diary this week

Apologies everyone, I've been sick all week and while I'm finally back in the office, I didn't have a chance to write a dev diary this week.

We're planning on a 3.14.15926 release next week with another fix to Machine Intelligence empires spawning with no authority or civics if you don't own The Machine Age, and a change to address issues that a subset Linux users were having.

Next week's dev diary will be our traditional end of year review.

I imagine the fix to pops with the Machine trait under organics not having any kind of Living Standards other than Social Welfare will be fixed :V

Is this the place to ask why mods need to add a letter ("v3.14.*") now to match the version, instead of just using numbers?

Numbers alone are now I've seen (and done) versions in software since forever, why the need for a letter?
