for 1914 scenario0 you have to edit this file: \Darkest Hour\Mods\Darkest Hour Full\scenarios\1914.eug

Search for

enddate = { year = 1921 month = january day = 0 }

But this would thange the checksumme?

I'm not sure but i think to change the end date of the game with the events, in \Darkest Hour\Mods\Darkest Hour Full\db\events\ you would also have to change a load of 1963 to your (end date - 1).
