No visual unit packs?

This may have been asked before but does anyone know why DLC unit packs aren't integrated into the game? For example; Ironborn using Norse unit packs, Westernmen using anglo-saxon, Northmen using celtic, etc, etc. It just gets kinda.. unengaging for all the different and diverse civilizations in the game world to be using the same kind of soldier.

The worst is if you have Aztec DLC and see they use european faces But I assume it's just because the authors haven't time yet or it's just not one of the priorities.

Cal's Immersion Sub-Mods but that mod has not been updated for a while...
