Four or five times now I have had the game tell me that I can't declare war on a country until some date 10 or 20 years in the past. How is this possible? The first few times it was no problem I just declared war on their ally. The latest time they dishonored their alliance so I cannot attack them at all. What is up with this bug? I am playing in the IGC 2.0 if that matters.
