Information I have verifed my game files (Steam only) Yes I have disabled all mods Yes I am running the latest game update Yes Required Summary Non-Dejure powerful vassals do not switch to administrative Description When converting to administrative government, non-dejure powerful vassals remain feudal, even though the decision says all powerful vassals convert. Non-dejure weaker vassals also appear not to convert. My republic powerful vassal also did not convert despite being de jure and cannot be converted, although since I have Republican Legacy I don't much mind. Steps to reproduce 1. Acquire a powerful vassal who is not De Jure of your primary title. 2. Convert to Administrative.
