Wondering if anyone has come across this, so far whenever one of my governors rebels the state that's formed has "noreligion" as its religion and "noculture" as the culture, practically the only that is set is the government type.
Edit: Thanks, I guess I was fixing them by editing the savefiles before any crash problems arose due to the army names.
