Delayed Movement Avaliablity
This is probably not a bug- or at least one which it would be too hard to solve, but here it is:
I tend to play by :: Pause :: Make Decsion :: Unpause :: which normally works fine... however when I declare war on someone not of my nation I can't move my troops into their territories until 1 day after declaring war - i.e if I make a declaration of war, then click to send my troops marching off into their province then it will not let me... however if I unpause, let 1 day pass, then pause again and try, it will.
