Intrigue of 10, Spymaster Intrigue of 12, net intrigue 21?

I tried waiting, and re-assigning a different Spymaster, but my King of Naples still gets a (#Total) Intrigue rating of 21 when he has an Intrigue of ten and his Spymaster has an intrigue of 12. The other stats total up fine and have done so for the 50 years I've been playing.

Are there fractions here I don't see? Am I the only one seeing this? FWIW I have a savegame but my mail provider only lets me attach up to 3 megs

I have seen this to. And if I recollect correctly then it happens mostly when my monarch is old or has some bad traits, like stress or illness. But I don't know for sure

There are fractions which are rounded off. You can see the fractions if you open the save file.
