Soviet panzers
In my recent game playing GER I decided to postpone Plan Barbarossa until spring 1942. But the Soviet High Command somehow became aware of this when gathering the Wehrmachtr along my Eastern border and Stalin DoWd me before I could.
Before initiating anything I took a lokk at the starting stats and realized that the Red Army consisted only of infantry, motorized and mechanized units. BUT no panzers!
Is it an intention in 1.06 or just an unbelievable one-time experince of mine?
