NOT A BUG: WaD: Population growth bug ?

I established colony - send few additional colonists

population is 504 growth = 11 %

so if i understand - this growth = yearly growts so the population should increase ~1 % per month (about 5 ppl/month) but it not happen

i get 1-2 population bonus for YEAR

11 % on 504 inhabitants should be 5 more inhabitants in 1y.
Maybe that max value depends if You're at peace
because in a war period the population decreases ...

The population growth shown is per decade. Divide it by ten to get the yearly pop growth.
