why is my vassal so unwilling

my vassal is one of my sons and he's unwilling to mobilise, even tough I'm at war with others and also when his loyalty is at 100%

traits of liege = lustfull, arbitrary, zealous, reckless, illness, gruff diplomat, crusader,

traits of vassal = lustfull, forgiving, zealous, midas touched,

can this be due to the traits of 2 persons?

I really tried over 20 times to get him mobilised but he refused each time,

If he has 100% loyality, you can just directly mobilize his regiment (click on province and click on troops). I haven't found any bad effects of this method. Its also much faster, which is a big plus, so you don't have to wait for your vassal to answer your request. :)

yes I did this one time, I clicked the first troop and it mobilised, and the second one also, but the third one said "the ruler is not loyal enough, or something like that"

Did the loyalty of your vassals decrease when you force-mobilized the first two troops? That would have made the 3rd one disloyal enough not to allow you to do that anymore.

agreed,

but my first point - this is somewhat drifting from topic - why does my vassal refuses each time - even at 100%,

is it also trait driven, ;)
