Not able to install Complete Pack.

Hi,

I have Crusader Kings 1.05 on my computer:

1. i tried the autouninstall...didn't work
2. i made the manual uninstall...worked but only partially because i wasn't able to install CK Complete (only options were repair and modify)
3. I reinstalled the original game with patch. Then the autouninstall worked. Still i am not able to install CK Complete as i have again only the 2 options repair and modify.
4. I finally reinstalled the original game up to 1.05

Is it possible to install CK complete on a computer where CK original was first installed?

This is what i did (step 2) but it still wasn't possible...

ddi you do everything in the sticky?

- Delete all CK entries in the registry
- Delete installshield folder
- Delete the ck folder.

Yes

Reinstalling the original game worked though. With the original disk i had the options install/repair/modify while with the complete edition disk i had only the options repair/modify.

Check your registry for another entry for CK, see this thread from the Vicky forums, specifically the last post.

Follow-up: Problem was that Victoria was in the registry under Strategy First and Victoria: Revolutions for some reason made its own registry entry and chose to put that under Paradox Entertainment/Interactive.
