My computer is brand new. The system runs Windows XP 2.0cpu 1 gb ram, everything meets the system requirements but this is the error I get when trying to install for the first time. I from the USA, so it is in English. I have not made any changes to the computer that would cause any problems. I have searched for an answer but to no help.
here is the information that appears in a pop up window during the install. It usually gets 7 to 25% done then this happens

I had no problems playing it on my old computer, I hope I could get help soon so I can add the new patch

Well, I fixed the "problem" I did some searches on the web and found that this error is caused by a "dirty" disc So I cleaned the disc, and well it works. Installed the patch and bam bam it works
Hopefully this may help someone someday, if not I feel rather hmm :wacko:
