Not all invited guests showing up in feast guest list

Description​

I was going to hold a feast and have one of my vassals as the honorary guest. That vassal was not in the guest list.

Steps to reproduce​

Attempt to host a feast. Check guest list to see if any potential guests from the category are missing. I would restrict the list to just vassals in case this only happens with vassals. I haven't attempted to determine if it also happens with other guest categories.

Note that my vassal was not at war or at some other activity. But even if he were, he should still be in the guest list so that it is possible to see why he won't come. And if he is going to show up without being in the list, then I can't make him the honorary guest, which is why I want to hold the feast in the first place.
