Not quite a bug - Same name provinces

OK, there are a few provinces which have the same name. If you happen to forget where they are, the search option is not much help because it just takes you to the first one....

Plus it would be nice if the computer could take you to a province even if you did not input the whole name. There are some names which are quite long, and yet do not overlap with others. Why not allow e.g. "Loure" to take you to "Lourenco Marques" instead of typing the whole thing out?

The duplicate province names are also annoying when events tell you that something happens in a duplicated province (so you can't find where the random revolt has happened), and in the negociations screen (where you can't tell the difference between two identially named provinces if they are owned by the same country).
