Nothing happens when disc in inserted(xbox one s)

The game worked flawlessly for months. All of a sudden i would get a licensing error when the disk was inserted. I tried uninstalling the game thinking maybe it just needed to be reinstalled now when i insert the disc absolutley nothing happens. Purchased a brand new copy thinking possibly it was the disc, same issue with the brand new disc. Tried all types of reboots and full console reset with no luck. I am at a complete loss. I miss Cities :( please help

I can only guess you have a problem with that Xbox. Have you contacted their support?
