Nothing is being stored on small table in workshop

When there's only small tables in the workshop, everything (sheet metal, license plates, wood and logs) is being put on the floor.
Because of that, license plates won't be transfered to export.

After replacing the small tables with normal ones everything works as intended.

I just noticed the same thing. And I was wondering why the Hell all the license plates were on the floor and not shipped.. >_>

As you can see, the license plates are sitting on the workbenches indefinitely, and when there is no more room on a stack, they just place them on the ground.(I waited like 5 real-life minutes at the fastest setting).
Same goes for the metal plates. They just pile them on the ground.

On the screenshot, there are no license plates on the ground because I had just removed the regular table to take a screenshot of the bug.
