NPCs who have another skin color then "white" their hands will still show "white" even if their head is another skin color (Tried to explain it without sounding racist)

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Bad enough that you have to justify yourself BEFORE someone even reacted.
But that seems to be an issue introduced lately, because I haven't observed this bug before The Bucket 1.01/1.02.
I'm actually seeing the opposite happen, 'white' staff sometimes has dark hands. But I use mods that add additional staff and guard sprites.
