I recently launched Prison Architect, and I used a pre-made prison model.
In this model, I noticed that NPCs remain stuck in the infirmary bed after being treated.
When I hover the pointer over, for example, a prisoner, nothing appears (no tasks for guards such as "In progress - escort prisoner").
This is quite annoying, as I'm forced to go around the infirmary and search each waiting prisoner for an escort.
For the staff, they are less often blocked, but for those who are, I'm forced to kick them out and rehire them immediately afterwards.
You should also know that I have prison officers available for escorting the prisonners.
