Looks like a classic mod cache issue.

Please delete the folder ".pdxsdk"in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\.cache\mods, Delete the folder playsets_metadata and the file PlaySetSettings .

If that doesn't help we'll need to do a full clean reinstall.

Good luck!

I have skyve that i downloaded mods through and they are all compatable according to the app, but every time i get this error code. The game runs fine if i just dont open the paradox mods tab in game though, but if i try to open it this occurs

I don’t even have the app data folder under users in my C: drive
It will be there, but To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

If you need more help start your own thread please.

Did deleting the mod cache get past your original issue, now you have a new one, is that right?

Let's see a new player.log please.

Good luck!
