Description​

I'm trying to declare war while having a weak hook on my liege. The game interface tells me it will use my "strong" hook on my liege. It also doesn't allow me to declare war when I first check the "use hook" option, but will allow me to declare war if I switch my casus belli with the hook still selected.

Steps to reproduce​

In the attached save game, try to declare war on Doux Alexandros of Opsikion ( any other fellow vassal should work, but this one's convenient since I have multiple war options).
Pick Ioseph Kaukadenos' claims.
Pick any of the possible claims. ( Note that it says "! Will use strong hook" here despite me only having a weak hook.)
Check the "use a hook" box.
--- Declare War option is still grayed out.
Leave the "use a hook" box checked, then switch to a different claim.
--- Declare War is now possible.
The basic concept here seems to be that switching to any claim after first checking the "use a hook" box will work, even for a different claimant since the box remains selected.
-- For extra fun, after the Declare War button becomes clickable, uncheck the "use a hook" box and the Declare War button will remain active. Without the check, it doesn't actually allow me to declare war, but I can still click on the button and get the war sound effect.
