Exploit: Tech Team Capture and Full IC take over on.

New Zealand is a small nation in the pacific with very low manpower and IC. They havve reasonable tech teams though and have oone of the best land doctrine teams in the game with Freyburg who is level 7 with relevent fields in infltration assault doctrines.

Even with full IC and tech team take over on you will be limited by the amount of manpower NZ has and you're a democracy which kinda limits your expansion. At least in theory. In a 36 game you can build a New Zealand Reich of your own.

NZ has 6 understrength divsions and 5 transports at the start of the game and is a full democracy democracy. Disband all of the cavalry. Move the authortarian slider one step to the right. Trade supplies for a little excess energy and trade with the USA until relations hit +200. By the end of 36 have your army upgraded and reinforced. Around the middle of the year you will have a "random" event that will move you 1-2 steps closer to a dictator ship.. Just chose whatever option moves you the most towards authortarian. In early 37 if you aren't a dictatorship yet one final slider move will make you a left wing radical. Invade Venezuela via Bermuda and annex. THis gives you a large supply of oil and a good industrial team which NZ lack. After you pay the dissent down you can also grab Colombia and Ecudor and the USA won't DoW you if you leave it at that. Sail over to England and DoW the Irish, invade and annex. Your IC is now 40 but you still have very little MP to do much with. Build a battlecruiser and destroyer fleet and wait for the war to break out. Eventually the USA joins the allies. Your army and navy are now strong enough for further expansion. Invade and annex Brazil as the USA is now in your alliance and will actually help you. From here you can more or less sit WW2 out and carve out an empire in South America although your fleet can be used against the Italians and Japanese. Your IC is also high enough to take control of Australia, Canada and South Africa so invading the Balkens and Italy may be an option and depending on the situation NZ could even end up annexing the Germans.
